Kalitara Shipping Policy

 

How do we ship?

Kalitara uses USPS to ship to domestic United States residential addresses only.

 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Customers have a choice of standard or expedited shipping. Domestic flat rate shipping is calculated at checkout; prices may vary depending on the number, weight, and size of items ordered.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders with standard shipping.

 

Expedited packages will be shipped same-day for orders received before 4 P.M. PST. Orders received after 4 P.M. PST will be shipped the following business day.

 

Note: Some items may utilize drop-shipping fulfillment. These items can take 7-10 business days to receive. You will receive an email or text confirmation when the order has shipped.

 

How much will I pay for shipping?

Average rates for clothing items start at $6; larger items such as backpacks or handbags start at $10.

 

Free shipping is offered for orders over $100.

 

How can I track my package?

You will receive an email or text confirmation of the tracking number and shipping updates associated with your order.

 

Tracking numbers can also be found under Orders if you create an account with Kalitara.
